 One of the most under appreciated Holidays of the year. This Holiday is surrounded about the first thing you do to get read for the day, and what is that you may ask? National Underwear Day! The most supportive thing you need every day to get ready and to get dressed.  The article of clothing is so important that they created a superhero out of it… Captain Underpants! Here is a little Storyline about the most underrated superhero!  The first story was created in 1997 titled "The Adventures of Captain Underpants", which obviously became very popular because since then, there has been 11 additional books regarding the adventures and movies have been created as well. There has been a total of 90 million books sold worldwide, 6 Activity Books, and 3 Spin Offs.  There are no Captain Shorts, or Captain T-shirt, or Captain Jeans, or Captain Sweatshirt, or Captain Shoes, there is a Captain Underpants, and he is the heroes of all heroes. 

A day I can really talk about… National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! I have been on Chocolate Chip Cookie Making duty for YEARS. Christmas, Halloween, birthdays, football Sundays, I have a batch made and ready to be eaten by family and friends at all times.  Here are the steps of how I make the cookies, and I will say this now, I DO NOT make these from scratch. I bought pre made, but there are additional steps needed in order for them to be the best and easy to make.  Step 1: You go to the king of all kings of cookies and pick up the pre made cookie dough, the Pillsbury Doughboy Ready to Bake. Make sure you get the one that does not have any peanuts involved for all the nut-free people.  Step 2: Open them up and cut the lay out into 12 cookie pieces.  Step 3: This is when you add some pizazz to the cookie dough before cooking them. This is when you add some ingredients in the middle of the cookie. You add chocolate chips, broken up potato chips, caramel chips, anything...

 This past week has been when the NFL starts having people starting mini camp. This is when teams are ready to start the long long journey from day 1 to Super Bowl. Throughout this time, I will only be focusing on the tam that I enjoy, the Detroit Lions.  So far it has been great for the Detroit Lions, we unfortunately do not have David Montgomery anymore, I already miss him, but we did pick up Isiah Pacheco, which is very exciting. We really needed a RB 2 to be a hard hitting, putting their head down RB and it looks so far so good. But right now, I keep hearing that our RB 1 is not practicing, waiting for a new contract.  Which I do understand, if you have the chance to make that money, go and make that money, but with the stats of last season, is it needed for an upgraded contact? in 2024, Gibbs's stats were 250 carries, 1,412 yards with 16 touchdowns and 2025 were 243 carries, 1,223 yards with 13 touchdowns.   Do you love your dog? Is your dog the goodest boy or girl in the entire world? Is your dog the most supportive animal of all time? Then you need to give that dog a good treat! I have 2 dogs, they are the most beautiful dogs, one being a boy and one being girl. I will hangout with them all time, I will play fetch for hours with the boy dog, and cuddle while watching TV Drama with the girl dog. I was never a dog person, trust me. I was the type of person where the dogs have to go in their crates when I walk in the house because I cannot handle them. But it changed, I have now become a dog person!  And this week is a big week for these dogs! You cannot give them cash, or a gift card for them to use, how about you give then a bone!  This is personally a big Holiday for me because this is my #1 go to Superhero. People have Batman, Superman, Captain America as the Goat, but those are all wrong, Spider-Man is the Goat of all heroes.  I was lucky that the first Spiderman movie came out when I was at the great age of 5. I was at the movie theater with my siblings and uncle to see the first and Original Spider-Man with the top actor, "Tobey Maguire. I did not blink once during that movie, it was the first superhero movie I have seen. The action, the drama, the love, it was the picture perfect movie.  Starting with him just getting bullied by the jock at school, Peter Parker being in love with their neighbor, finding out he had some "Senses" to fight the jock. Thinking he was going to become "The Man", but getting judged instead.
