Best Month of Music Ever?!

 

I like to think I am a fan of all kinds of music. Rap, country, pop, if I am in that vibe and I am nodding my head to the music... then I will like that music. There have been great generations and artists that have taken over years of music. There are has been years where there are beef between artists that get them all listening as well. And there have been times where fans were waiting for a specific artists to put their music out, but has there been a time where it all happened within the same month?

I am still trying to understand who is involved, but there are MANY members involved in the rap rivalries that are going on. It started out with Kendrick Lamar with dissing J Cole and Drake saying, "f the big 3, it's just big me" which is a crazy line to go and call 2 of the top artists in this generation out like that. After this happened, J Cole put an album out calling out Kendrick Lamar which was a great song with great lines but deleted it a couple of weeks later. Just this past week, Drake brought out a song dissing Kendrick Lamar and others that was so good that fans were thinking that he had AI doing it instead of himself doing it. Now with Drake having others names involved in this rap beef, it has Drake against Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, ASAP Rocky, Future, and others. Drake must had free time this year to do this because the Raptors aren't in the NBA playoffs. After Drakes diss track came out, other artists starting responding immediately and even having a new member joining the Royal Rumble of rap battles... His name is Kayne West... No idea what is going to happen, but if it has Metro hitting those drums, I am excited to see what will be next. 

While that is happening... Taylor Freaking Swift released an album for all the fans waiting down the days for it to finally come out. The album had 31 new songs that have me in all of my feels when listening. Only Taylor Swift will have you talking to yourself when listening to the music and even thinking she is only talking to you. In, But Daddy I love him, she has the line, "I'm havin his baby, No, I'm not, but you should see your faces" was a moment where I thought she was having a personal conversation with me and tricked me like a fool I am all at the same time, it was incredible. She even had her own diss track towards Kim Kardashian in "thanK you aIMee" You did not need to be a major detective for you to connect the capital letters to say the name, "Kim" which was a long time coming after the drama they had with them and Kayne West with things that were allowed to be said and not. She even has the swag to talk about Kim's daughter will be singing to the lyrics about her in her own house... Taylor is absolutely running the world and everyone else is just living in it. I have to start taking more time in to listen to the rest of the album, but she is crushing it per usual and I do not think anything or anyone will be able to stop her.

Love Is Blind 3 New Episode Reactions

 I think it is very smart for Love Is Blind to bring out the episodes 3 at a time because now I have to wait and wonder what is going to happen for the next episodes when they come out. It is making me crave this television show even more. It is like people having the extra urge to have Chic Fil A on Sunday... just because you cannot have it makes you want it more. With these 3 episodes, some couples already completely ended, some have had some ROCKY moments, and some are absolutely thriving. I was completely wrong about this couple. I thought because they both were such caring and kind people that they would match and just be in love forever, and that did not happen. They were on vacation with the best view and best things to talk about and it was completely awkward on that boat ride for about 25-30 minutes... thank goodness a dolphin came up for one of them to say anything at all. Casino First Timer

 As I sit here, watching sports, wishing I was making some +10000 parlay and make it big and retire at a young age, I think about the first time I went to the casino. I went to a glorious casino in Connecticut called Foxwoods where I walk in being the big spender I am... I brought $300 for a 2 night event. There's 2 ways it could go leaving the casino after the trip; either walking out with so much money in my wallet that I couldn't close it, or, drive home hoping I have enough gas to make it home hoping I have enough food in the fridge for the week. But that first night, oh that first night was a MOVIE! And when I mean movie, I mean going from 300 to 450 so making a remarkable 150 that night. I walk into the place and I was looking like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory just being in awe of everything and trying to soak it in.
