Baker for the people

People can call him cocky, people can call him annoying, people can call him selfish, but you know what you cannot call this man? Boring. This man has been a fan favorite for years and how would anyone hate his story? He was a walk on to Texas Tech, transferred to Oklahoma where he won the heisman, became a #1 pick, and caught a touchdown pass against the Jets in his first game played as a quarterback. This man could make his life into a movie. I have been a fan since he was waving that flag all over the Ohio State stadium and then planting it on the 50 yard line after beating them in 2017. He had a very interesting season his senior year in 2017. He pissed off the whole state of Kansas, telling Baylor players, "you forgot who daddy is", throwing the ball at TCU players, the man is just an electric factory. He went from walk-on to #1 pick and was getting hated on from the fans when being on the Browns. He was not as bad as everyone says in the beginning.... his record was 30-30 and his best season was in 2020 where where he had 28 touchdowns and only 6 interceptions. He got booted from Cleveland to L.A. for a year and then found a new successful home of Tampa Bay where they made it to the 2nd round of the NFL playoffs where they lost to my favorite, Detroit Lions. The still young 28 year old Baker Mayfield has a lot of game left for the man, and I am very very excited to see how he does. Like the G.O.A.T. Pete Weber, "Hate me or love me... you watched" and I think no matter what.... people will watch that man.
