Best Jobs if Salaries Weren't a Thing
Everyone needs a job... it gets you money. Some jobs are better than others, some jobs get bigger salaries than others, but happiness... that is infinite price. Me and my buddies had a talk for top jobs to do if salary was not a thing, you just had to do a job for 40 hours and everyone gets the same salary. Here is the list my friends and I created, in no order.
Blackjack Dealer: We are people who love to go to a casino and to be able and play blackjack. The excitement of feeling the cards in your hands, the excitement of not knowing what card is happening next, there is never a time you are bored when playing that game. As a dealer, if you know the rules, it is a very simple game to be in charge of. You do not have to add past 21 and you can never really be wrong when dealing. When the better is losing, they will blame the cards and yell at the cards knowing the dealer is not in charge of putting what card next. If the better is winning, they are thanking you, the dealer, for them winning the game, thinking you are even a hero and getting you a tip weather they win big or not. The job seems fun, you get to talk to people, and you can make some peoples lives if they win the big bucks.
Video Gamer: Knowing that this is actually a job for some people is amazing to see knowing that millions of people do this every day, all day, and do not get paid to do it, just fully for fun. The gamers get to play the games that they want to play, usually play at any time that they want, which is usually at all times of the day, and most of the gamers are good at the game that they play. You play, you hangout all day, you get good at games, you talk trash to the competition, and at the end of the day, you get paid and are living the life.
NFL Waterboy: Giving professional athletes quality H2O sounds like a dream I would love to be having. You only work for a couple months out of the year, you hangout with a bunch of professional players and coaches, you hand them water, and that is your only job you have. Yes, I understand you have to be on top of your game, you cannot have anyone waiting for hydration, but if you can focus for those practices or games, you get to live the dream to be apart of the NFL, travel with the team, get to games, and knowing some other waterboys, they end up getting more involved into the game and actually became coaches.
Beachside Bartender: You are telling me that you are catching the rays as you are handing out drinks, talking to people when they are at their absolute happiest, and getting paid for it? That may be the dream. You are hanging out, talking to people knowing that most of the people are on vacation, enjoying their days getting a couple of slushies or sodas and enjoying the waves.
